Paid through Cashapp, Stripe, or Paypal.

Payment is UPFRONT, work can only begin after payment is received.

Refunds CAN be initiated. 100% if I haven't started on the commission. 50% if I have started on the commission.

Refunds are NOT available if the commission is completed.

Turnaround time can be a week to two months. I may take less, or a little more depending on complexity and number of commissions in my queue.

I usually work on commissions Mon. - Fri.

You will receive a WIP of the sketch, where you can then ask me to change a few things you see fit.

If you ask to change many things there may be a small fee.

After the sketch phase, and once the line art has started, I will NOT be changing anything.

Watermarks MUST remain intact within the image, you are not allowed to delete, move, or draw over.

Any and All art is for PERSONAL USE only, and must be credited to me.

You may NOT alter or draw over my art.

I may use commissions as examples and post on my socials, if you do not want your commissions used this way, please tell me!

My art can't be used in any shape or form to create NFTs/crypto, including in advertisements for crypto sites/projects.

My art cant be used in AI generators, or anything of the sort.

You may redesign the character as you wish.

All adopts are non commercial by default, unless an added fee is paid when bought.

No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the character and artworks for advertising. All characters and artworks are for personal use only, unless discussed with me beforehand.

Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited regardless of the type. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)

If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, a direct link to my page is required.

You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for (Unless you bought extra art, but keep it reasonable) Original price bought for will always be stated by me in the transfers tab on Toyhou.se - Art you received in trades DOES NOT add to value.
